If a footwear product was purchased with a discount of 30% or more, your item is final sale and is not eligible for a refund. If you purchased a product during a BOGO promotions, all items in that promotion are also final sale. You can however exchange the item as long as it's within the return window.

If a footwear product was purchased with a discount of 40% or more, your item is CLEARANCE and is strictly non-returnable - this means no refunds, no exchanges, and no gift cards.
